1. The Promoter

The Promoter of this competition is T&T Clean Surf, operating from Moonee Beach, NSW, Australia.

2. The Prize

One (1) prize is available: a $200 AUD gift voucher for use at T&T Clean Surf, redeemable in-store at our Moonee Beach location or online at tandtcleansurf.com. Valid only on the Moonee Beach Collection. Total prize pool value: $200 AUD.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the draw date and must be used in a single transaction or across multiple transactions until the balance is spent. The voucher is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Shipping of any goods purchased with the voucher is at standard T&T Clean Surf shipping rates.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of T&T Clean Surf and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Only one entry per email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the Meta lead form or in-store entry form during the entry period. Entry is free — no purchase necessary.

By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from T&T Clean Surf via email. You may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Entry Period

The competition opens on 7 July 2026 at 6:00pm AEST and closes on 31 July 2026 at 11:59pm AEST. Entries received outside this window will not be accepted.

6. The Draw

The winner will be drawn at random via Klaviyo's random selection tool on 1 August 2026 at 10:00am AEST at T&T Clean Surf, Moonee Beach NSW.

7. Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw. The winner's first name and initial only will be published on T&T Clean Surf's Instagram Stories and email newsletter.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of notification, T&T Clean Surf reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

8. Trade Promotion Compliance

This is a trade promotion lottery. As the total prize pool is under $10,000 AUD, no permit is required under NSW trade promotion regulations.

9. Meta / Instagram / Facebook Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook. All entrant information is collected by T&T Clean Surf, not Meta.

10. Privacy

By entering, you consent to your name and email being collected and stored by T&T Clean Surf for the purposes of this competition and future marketing. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: tandtcleansurf.com/policies/privacy-policy

Your details will not be sold or shared with third parties (excluding necessary service providers such as our email platform Klaviyo).

11. General Conditions

T&T Clean Surf reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behaviour, or acted in bad faith.

T&T Clean Surf may amend or cancel the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
